Specialist Disability Accommodation

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is purpose-built or modified housing for NDIS participants who require specialist housing solutions and very high support needs. It includes accessible design features to promote a resident's independence and ensure the safe and effective delivery of necessary in-home disability supports.

We work closely with each participant to develop a tailored SDA support plan that aligns with their lifestyle, goals, and NDIS plan.
